In the rare event that there is an issue with your device, you can go back to your installation center to get your problem fixed immediately. We will never give you the run around.
- Our technicians are trained specialists that serve our clients from installation and all through the entire term of their service. They have extensive experience working with a wide range of vehicles, such as imports, push-start, and older models.
- We offer 24/7 bi-lingual live support, to ensure that you can be taken care of at all times. Because the last thing you want to deal with in an emergency is an automated system that requires you to leave a message.
- Our operators have a direct line to Mandatory Actions Units at the DMV. This means we get answers about a clients' status in minutes, rather than days.
